Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Global Academics may consider issuing a refund under the following circumstances:

a) Service Failure: If the delivered service fails to meet the agreed-upon requirements.

b) Unsuccessful Performance: In cases where the user finds the service unsatisfactory.

c) Failure to Meet Specified Requirements: If the delivered service significantly deviates from the specified requirements.

2. Refund Request Process

2.1 Users are required to submit a comprehensive refund request within 3 days from the date of service delivery.

2.2 The refund request should provide detailed reasons, highlighting specific areas of dissatisfaction or service failure.

2.3 Requests should be submitted through mail id and will be acknowledged within 3 days.

3. Evaluation Process

3.1 Global Academics will thoroughly evaluate the refund request to determine its validity.

3.2 The company reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from the user during the evaluation process.

3.3 The decision regarding the refund will be communicated to the user within 7 days after the submission of the refund request.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

4.1 Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

a) User fails to provide accurate information or necessary details for service completion.

b) User engages in academic dishonesty or violates the terms outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

c) User fails to submit the refund request within the specified time frame.

5. Refund Amount

5.1 If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the severity of the service failure or dissatisfaction.

5.2 The refund amount may cover the entire service fee or a partial amount, depending on the evaluation.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the approval of the refund request.

6. Payment Disputes

6.1 Users should communicate any disputes related to payments to Global Academics within 7 working days for resolution.

6.2 Global Academics will investigate payment disputes and provide a resolution within 7 working days.
